How do I register?

Are there any charges for registration?
No. Registration is free on bobopropshop.com.
Do I have to essentially register to shop on aalyafoods.com?
You do not require registration to browse through the products displayed in the website. However, registration is required when you checkout the items you have added to the cart. You will be prompted to register if you have not completed the registration already, while checking out.
Can I have multiple registrations?
Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one Aalaya Foods’ account.
Payment
What are the modes of payment?
Payments for your orders can be made safely through credit cards, debit cards (Visa/ Mastercard/ American Express or any) or using UPI methods and Net banking.
Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown?
There are no hidden or additional taxes charges included for your order. The price displayed for each product in the site is the price you pay when you check out. Orders above Rs. 1000 are eligible for free delivery. Orders less than Rs. 1000 will require additional delivery charges, depending on the location.
IS GST added to the invoice?
Yes, GST is added to the MRP of the products that are listed in our website.
Order, Delivery & Return
How will the delivery be done?
We have a dedicated team for delivery, to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries to our valuable customers.
How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free for orders above Rs.1000. For any orders below Rs. 1000, delivery charges are applicable based on the location.
How long does it take for the delivery of the products?
Orders are shipped in 24 – 48 hours, but shipment may delay depending on the availability of the products. Shipment duration also vary for different products. If there are any unforeseen delay, it will be intimated to the customer through email or text message. The current Covid pandemic may result in delayed shipment due to limited transportation, limited staff, and area restrictions imposed by the State Government.
What is the minimum order for delivery?
There is no minimum order for delivery, but there will be a nominal delivery charge for orders below Rs. 1000. Order once placed cannot be modified. However, you can cancel the order and place a new order.
Is it possible to order an item which is out of stock?
It is not possible to order for the products which are listed “out of stock”. However, you can opt to get notified when the items are back in stock, by email. We also ensure the availability of all our products on the site, but at times, supply chain issues may lead to unavailability of the items for a noticeably short period.
Can I make modifications to the order I have already placed?
No, you will not be able to make any modifications to the order that has been placed. However, you can cancel the order and place a fresh order. No charges will be levied for cancellation.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do through bobopropshop.com. Be noted that orders cannot be cancelled once you receive the SMS stating that your order is out for delivery.
What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged order?
While we try our best to fulfill your orders correctly, in the best manner possible, for any complaints you may have, with regard to your order fulfillment, please contact our customer support within 7 business days of your order delivery, for prompt resolution. In the extremely rare occasion where you receive a product with tampered/open packaging, you may return the products to the delivering personnel or email our customer support within 2 business days of shipment, with supporting images if applicable, so we can best address your concern. How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation?
Orders can only be cancelled before the products are out for delivery. Orders that are out for delivery cannot be cancelled. You will be intimated through email and/or text message when your order is out for delivery. When you cancel your order, the amount will be refunded to your credit card/ debit card/bank account number which was used for billing your purchase.
How will I get my money back in case of a return?
You are eligible for a refund, by returning the product to us at your expense with original invoice, within 7 days of purchase. Refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of your return and the total cost excluding the shipping charges will be credited to your card/bank account that was used for billing the purchase.
