SHIPPING & REFUND POLICIES
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
1. Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order, excluding weekends and holidays.
2. Shipping Rates and Methods: We offer standard shipping via reputable carriers such as Delhivery, Indiapost, and BlueDart. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.
3. Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.
4. International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
SHIPPING COST
No additional shipping cost for orders above Rs.1000.
Shipping charges will be added to your billing amount for the orders below Rs.1000.
CANCELLATION
Orders that are out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
Orders can only be cancelled before the products are out for delivery. You will be intimated through email and/or text message when your order is out for delivery.
RETURN/REFUND OF ORDER
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed.
